Cara graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelors degree in Science and Commerce, completing her Masters of Clinical Psychology in 2011. Cara is a dedicated child and adolescent psychologist with over 15 years of experience working in private practice and also schools.

Cara has special interest in working directly with parents to support their own mental health needs.  She specialises in providing holistic, family-centred care, working closely with both children and parents to create individualised strategies for emotional and behavioural well-being. With a collaborative approach rooted in empathy and evidence-based practice, Cara empowers families to navigate challenges, fostering resilience and growth in every individual she supports.

Cara is passionate about creating a relaxed, fun, safe space in her sessions, in which young people can openly explore their feelings and work together in achieving their goals.
