Clinical Psychologist - Founding Director

Currently on leave until 2024. Philippa is a clinical psychologist who works with both adolescents and adults. She works with with individuals who present with major mental illnesses such as borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, depression and anxiety using a range of therapies including CBT, ACT and DBT.

Alex is a Clinical Psychologist and a board-approved supervisor for provisional psychologists and clinical psychology registrars. She has a special interest in PTSD, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss and trauma. She is also trained in infant sleep and settling and sleep problems in adolescents and adults.
