Emilie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian. Emilie has aspecial interest and experience in sports nutrition, women’s health and individuals experiencing a troubled relationship with food. Emilie has worked with teams such as the Cricket Tasmania, Geelong Cats and Cricket NSW as well as working with athletes at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, 2010.  Emilie has worked with adults and adolescents in a range of areas, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and body image issues and comes from a Trauma-Informed Care background. 

Emilie also sees clients with restricted eating due to Neurological Disorders (ASD) and/or sensory processing disorders. NDIS self-managed and Plan managed participants can access their funding for consultations with Emilie.  

As a NutritionPlus member, Emilie has specialised training in the areas of fertility and pregnancy nutrition and works closely with clients to optimise early life nutrition. Emilie has over 10 years experience, having worked in hospitals, with elite sports teams and in private practice. Emilie uses a holistic approach to nutrition and delivers a non-diet approach.
