Jessie brings warmth, respect, and empathy to her work, offering a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honours each person’s unique experiences and overall wellbeing. She provides a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported, fostering collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationships.

Jessie is passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma and neurodivergence and works with clients experiencing mood and anxiety difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, substance use, stress, and relationship challenges. Her experience spans education, youth, disability, mental health, forensic settings, family violence services, and international non-profit organisations, allowing her to connect with diverse clients and presentations.

Jessie takes an integrative, evidence-based and trauma-informed approach, drawing on modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EFT, IPT, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing. She also incorporates neuro-affirming practices, supporting neurodivergent clients by recognising strengths, individuality, and self-empowerment while honouring diverse cognitive and emotional experiences.

Outside of therapy, Jessie enjoys spending time with animals and in nature, gardening, and exploring creative art projects.
