Lachlan is committed to providing collaborative therapy for each person's unique mental health needs. He believes that a warm, friendly and adaptable approach underpins therapeutic progress. Lachlan applies skills from a variety of evidence-based treatment frameworks including - but not limited to - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Lachlan also has a keen interest in psychometric assessment and strongly believes in using all tools available to develop a thorough understanding of his clients' concerns.
Lachlan is capable of –and interested in – working with a broad variety of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality vulnerabilities, and adjustment difficulties. He is also interested in the assessment of cognitive ability, learning problems, and attention/impulsivity.
