Lexi is a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who has a warm, thoughtful, and compassionate approach. She is passionate about supporting children and their families, adolescents, and adults. Lexi values creating a collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported at their own pace.

Lexi has experience working with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety,depression, persistent pain, relationship challenges, and work-related stress and injuries. She also has an interest in working with clients in the perinatal space. She enjoys working with diverse presentations and takes a flexible, individualised approach tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

Lexi uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). When supporting clients with trauma-related experiences, she adopts a whole-body approach to support safety, regulation, and reconnection with the body.

In addition to therapy, Lexi can complete comprehensive cognitive and learning (educational) assessments for clients of all ages.
